The first contact to arrange service started off not so good. Could hardly understand the person I had to make arrangements with took many repeats, made more difficult for the aging hearing even with aides. I asked her location - INDIA!!!! To better serve, accents are ok but ASSURE they are understandable. Grew to hate to make a contact. On the other hand, Technician Christopher is worth his weight in gold; communicated respectfully, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, service-oriented, cleans up after himself, professional appearance.. I hear Sears will not renew my service contract when it is up & is replacing those, if one opts in, with a much more expensive all-appliance coverage. I don't need it for all, so after expiration, I won't have to deal with INDIA voice again. The Sears Roebuck quality I grew up with is apparently deceased; Sears will be losing a loyal long-time customer.

Chris has been a great tech. He has walked us through the reasons why our frig isn't working and what are options might be. He has been here several times and we have found him to always be friendly and knowledgeable. Now Sears Home Warranty needs to be timely in resolving my problem
