Jimmy is amazing - five star plus!
Jimmy is very good at his job - knows exactly what he is doing and asked all the right questions. He diagnosed the problem and got it approved quickly. I will welcome him in my house again. Highly recommended. Total opposite of my experience with Christopher two weeks ago. - he is a waste of time and money.

Tech was great! I know he could have left being that I wasn't home during the scheduled window, but he hung around for a few minutes until we were able to get home. I truly appreciate that! He was able to repair the washer in probably under 10 minutes. Now I can clean clothes again!! Wooo hooo! I will say I am a little frustrated with the lack of communication from Sears Home Service. I had an appointment on Thursday and was never notified that no one would be here. There is absolutely no way to speak with a live person in your company. But overall the technician did a great job and I appreciate his help.

Eric was the ultimate professional dedicated to his prescribed job in supporting his company, Choice Warranty and the client , myself! I explained all the details of what is happening with the stove, he was completely familiar with the workings of my cooktop range.. He was totally familiar with the operation and condition of the range cooktop stove. He analyzed, tested, and proceeded to evaluate the performance of the ovens, the cooktop and all the electrical units of the of the stove. I was happy with the assessment and results of his evaluation, and would like to see a replacement as recommended.
