Great and knowledgeable Technician
Eric came by and quickly diagnosed the problem with my appliance. I declined the repair but he convinced me to sign up for the Sears warranty. Which in the future should save me money from future repairs.

Eric is professional, knowledgeable and has a pleasing personality. Original repairman ordered wrong parts wasn't knowledgeable on my dryer. Once Eric was involved the ordering and repair went seamless. Can't get the 3-4 weeks delay in repairing dryer back…
