SEARS service to their customers SUCKS. Getting communications from service dept or To talk to someone is ridiculous and lots of Excuses. Jimmy did his job good but my washer still sounds like a cement mixer. Supposedly the clutch assembly needs to wear into working again but until Then I have to monitor it and stop it at The rinse or spin cycle when the growling noise starts and then turn it back on. No estimate of how long I'm going to Have to do this but it is very aggravating since I have waited 6 full weeks to Get my washer repaired and have had 4 servicemen work on it. This is ridiculous. I have a service protection agreement and really wonder if it is really worth all this aggravation and wasted time when my washer is still NOT repaired as it was Before Sears started working on it. Also the servicemen left all the boxes and bad parts for me to dispose of. How long do I have to wait for this sound to stop? I do Not want to have my file closed as my washer is still not fixed or Working as it Should be.

The service people who came out were great. They have come out twice to work on the same machine. Both times the machine worked when they were here. The first time they left the machine would not come on. The second time the machine stopped working less then half way through the first cycle. With no way to make direct contact with the service team we have to go through our warranty company to call them back out. This has gone on now for over three months and still not fixed
