Dryer service
Eric came to our home to look at our dryer. He was very knowledgeable about the dryer and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the part in his truck and fixed the dryer efficiently. We are very thankful for him and helping us get back to our laundry routine quickly.

It took some time to get the parts in but not as long as originally thought so thats a plus! He knew what to order and how to do the repairs and he was here bright and early which i appreciated! The dog liked him too, so he got to hang around and watch

He actually showed up out of all the technicians we had they did not show up. They had many excuses, but he showed up and explained to us that the problem might raise care because the machine is old and they can't hardly get any parts anymore. That's all we need to know from the beginning and things would've been smoother, but we was not getting any communication at all. Thank you for your service and the good work you done And also for reporting it to the warranty company that the problem might Reoccur because of the old condition of the washer thank you again
