Great Repairman
Eric did a great job & very quickly. I do wish you guys would call & give more time for us to get there because we both work outside of the city limits & it's not easy for us to just drop what we are doing & get home. I also didn't like how long it took to get the parts & I couldn't get a hold of a person on your end to talk to. However, the repairman that got it fixed did a great job.

Very courteous,, explained the problem and gave me options. Repair my washer or buy a new one. I decided to repair it n he had the part in his truck. Was done in no time, n push it back in place n left everything nice n clean. He can come n fix my appliances anytime.

Christopher did a great job. He solved our problem in less than 10 minutes. The only frustration was that he sat outside our home for about 30 minutes on Tuesday because the AI system was down and he could not contact us. That wasted his time and ours. We rescheduled for Thursday, and we were back in business. Not having a phone number for the technician is a problem until the AI system is more effective.

Christopher was awesome, fixed the issue in a timely manner. Listened, and took care of us. The ai bot that is used is horrible, can't talk to anyone. Was rescheduled with no recourse as to when and how or why.
