Great technician
Jimmy was my tech today, he texted before his arrival letting me know he was on the way. He listened to what I had to say about what the washer was doing and diagnosed the problems quickly. Job well done!!!

Diagnosed problem and ordered parts on initial contact. Parts came in about 10 days earlier than expected. Technician immediately rescheduled installation of repair part to next business day which was approximately 10 days before he had originally scheduled. Prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.
