Richard is great - knowledgeable and efficient. Problem we are having is that apparently parts for our microwave are not available, and we’ve been waiting 3 months for a resolution. No problems at all with Richard.

Cody did a good job fixing the problem with our refrigerator. He went right to work and was careful with wood floors. Our only suggestion is that Sears would give a better estimated time of arrival the day before or day of service. The 7 am to 6 pm time is difficult for busy schedules.
