Cody knew right away what was wrong with our microwave. He would have to send the results to our Protection Plan to see what they would do. If they approved the repair he would order the part; if they didn't approve the repair they would contact us for further assessment. Cody texted us back to let us know the outcome, and what to do from there. We appreciated him keeping us informed and be honest with everything. Highly recommend him for any repairs! Thank you Cody!

Cody did a thorough job of looking over the washing machine and showed me what was wrong with it. He gave me an estimate of what it would cost and I decided not to have it fixed. Instead, I will buy another used washer. I do appreciate Sears Appliance Repairs.

Our technician was friendly and polite. He did what he needed to do to fix our oven very quickly while also keeping us informed on what the problem was exactly. He tested everything to make sure it was working before leaving.

Cody was very patient, proficient and professional. He found the problem with my dryer very fast. He showed and explained to me why my dryer wasn't working. He told me what needed to be done to get my dryer fixed. I really wasn't expecting for it to be done so quickly. Before I got an appointment to have my dryer fixed I thought it would have to be half way taken taken apart. I'm glad it didn't & all it needed was a new belt. I think Cody is a great asset to your company and deserves a raise. Thank y'all & I will be recommending this company to my family and friends.
