Cody was very patient, proficient and professional. He found the problem with my dryer very fast. He showed and explained to me why my dryer wasn't working. He told me what needed to be done to get my dryer fixed. I really wasn't expecting for it to be done so quickly. Before I got an appointment to have my dryer fixed I thought it would have to be half way taken taken apart. I'm glad it didn't & all it needed was a new belt. I think Cody is a great asset to your company and deserves a raise. Thank y'all & I will be recommending this company to my family and friends.

Cody was an absolute professional and very personable. He took great pride in his work. He explained everything from start to finish. He was correct on which parts that was needed to rectify the dishwasher problem. He was extremely systematic with the dis assembly and assembly of our dishwasher. Sears you have a great employee I pray you do something to let Cody know how proud of him you should be.
