Cody came out and fixed my dryer with the parts that came in for it. He was friendly, quick and efficient. We would recommend Cody to anyone needing appliance repair? Thank goodness, we bought the warranty which paid for it all.

Cody from Sears fixed my refrigerator. The guy that Select Home Warranty sent me before him came out twice and couldn't figure out the problem, not to mention being 3 hours late after a no show the day before. Sears tech, Cody diagnosed properly, ordered correct part, and installed it. My refrigerator is no longer freezing products in the refrigerator section. And he wasn't late! Thank you Cody.

The repairman arrived on time, very quickly identified the problem, repaired the appliance and departed. He was not only proficient at his job, he was also very personable. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He represents Sears extremely well.
