In reference to our warranty GE washer repair, our 3rd repair call was a success. The 1st 2 guys ordered parts, and the 3rd guy fixed it. Finally. All 3 service calls were rescheduled at least once by Sears. The 3rd man from A & E Service was very professional, worked quickly, and had it fixed in short order.

Tech was scheduled for an appointment between 6am - 7pm. He did not show and the only contact I had from him was a copy of a receipt for work done. The next day another technician explained why this happened. Your technicians should contact their clients if they aren’t coming. I was very upset and disappointed. Your technicians should communicate with their clients.

Richard was very helpful and replaced the parts ordered. The AI that sears uses is horrible. I was not able to find out when the part would arrive. After 4 months we finally received the part. This was after the original repair order was canceled and a new one was created. Each of the repair techs were helpful and professional. The Sears customer service was horrible.

A technician removed some material from the drain and said that it should be working however, after he left, I tried washing clothes and it was not working the fact that he didn’t test it before he left would’ve saved him a second trip

He didn’t know what he was working on when he got here. He asked ME what was wrong and where the model/serial number was, checked what I thought it might be, and then said that wasn’t it. Charged me $175 and left. Said if we pull the freezer out in the next 30 days, they can come back and check that, but they can’t do it. (Great, rip out the trim we just got put on that installer never did)….Seems someone could have told me that from the beginning when I called and made the appointment. This freezer hasn’t worked right since installation, which was never completed by Morrison Supply, a whole other story. 2nd time we’ve had someone out to repair a $10k freezer in less than 2 years. Yeah, a 1 year warranty is all you get….

The technician, after finding the cooling fan off, and reinstalling it, should have scheduled a revisit to make sure the refrigerator was cooling properly!!! Now it's been 3 weeks, with still no repair!!! Cody however, was the other technician that came to the house, figured out what was wrong, ordered the parts. But the supplier only sent one part, not both parts that he ordered! So now we have to wait another week for repairs, making it a total of four weeks with no refrigerator!!!
