Mike, the repair person was very unprofessional and demeaned us for paying so much for a repair that he didn't think would last much longer than the 90 day warranty.

The technician said he would not fix appliance…. no matter what. If assigned our job, he would not show up. He did not show up He fixed nothing He was EXTREMELY RUDE, almost threatening….telling us not to call anyone

They canceled my appointment after waiting a day and a half because they require someone to be on site. As a vacation cabin owner, this policy is costing me money.

My technician was great however the process of getting my washing machine fixed was horrible. It took 2 months and 3 visits to finalize the repair numerous phone calls to the company to come out and fix my machine. It cost me a $160 in washing my clothes at a laundromat for 2 months, and i'm still not positive that the machine is working correctly. I paid for an extended warranty, thinking that I would be able to get it fixed if it broke, but for it to take 2 months is ridiculous.. i had numerous cancelations pulling the technician from the job telling me that I could get it done earlier and then pulling the technician again from the job. That happened twice. I am not happy with how the process went.And I would suggest that you look at your process. On top of all of that every time they said they were coming out, I had somebody at home, we had to lose wages in order to have somebody at home because they couldn't tell us what exact time they could be there, so we had to be available from 8 o'clock until 5 o'clock. Each time. All said and done with the washing of the laundry at the laundromat in the lost wages I could have bought a new washer. An extended warranty is not worth the price you pay. In my opinion, unless you're a cash paying customer. If they have a warranty on your machine and they have to fix it. They will take their time because they're not getting paid as much money and you are not important. I will not recommend Sears repair service. Because I don't think they care about their customers.

Wouldn’t recommend. Rip off for nothing. They charged 200$ to put an existing hose back!
