Mike was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. His communication was excellent, and he arrived when he said he would. He was neat, careful, and cleaned up after himself once the job was done. I would gladly welcome him back to my home for any service work and recommend him highly to family and friends. Mike is definitely an asset to Sears.
