AI only. Cannot get a customer service person through sears. The AI is confused by and does not work if you beached multiple service appointments on the same day. Bitterly disappointing. My service technician was excellent but the system is atrocious.

Mike, the repair person was very unprofessional and demeaned us for paying so much for a repair that he didn't think would last much longer than the 90 day warranty.

After diagnosis and 2 repair attempts still didn’t have a working furnace and on the third appointment they didn’t show up at all. According to our Home Choice Warranty they have decided after a month that they don’t work on this brand of furnace!

It has now been over 4 months and our refrigerator is still not working properly. The original issue was that the ice maker was not producing ice and the exterior keypad was not functioning correctly. When the first technician came out, the situation was made worse. After that visit, both the filtered water and ice stopped working. We had water dispensing from the door, but no ice was being made. The fan was replaced, and after that repair we had no ice, no water, and the refrigerator stopped cooling altogether. I attempted to contact Sears immediately to report that the refrigerator had completely stopped working, but I was unable to reach anyone. Because this happened right before Christmas, I had no choice but to pay another technician out of pocket so we would not lose all of our food. That technician found that the freezer had frozen over and iced up. He thawed it out, which temporarily restored function, but advised us that the problem will happen again because the fan is not working correctly. We did not have this freezing issue prior to the Sears repair. At this point, the original issues still remain: the ice maker does not work and the exterior keypad does not function properly. In addition, new problems were introduced after the service visit. When will this be properly fixed? I am requesting a clear plan for repair, including a timeline, or an alternative resolution. This has gone on far too long for a major appliance repair.

The technician said he would not fix appliance…. no matter what. If assigned our job, he would not show up. He did not show up He fixed nothing He was EXTREMELY RUDE, almost threatening….telling us not to call anyone

My technician was great however the process of getting my washing machine fixed was horrible. It took 2 months and 3 visits to finalize the repair numerous phone calls to the company to come out and fix my machine. It cost me a $160 in washing my clothes at a laundromat for 2 months, and i'm still not positive that the machine is working correctly. I paid for an extended warranty, thinking that I would be able to get it fixed if it broke, but for it to take 2 months is ridiculous.. i had numerous cancelations pulling the technician from the job telling me that I could get it done earlier and then pulling the technician again from the job. That happened twice. I am not happy with how the process went.And I would suggest that you look at your process. On top of all of that every time they said they were coming out, I had somebody at home, we had to lose wages in order to have somebody at home because they couldn't tell us what exact time they could be there, so we had to be available from 8 o'clock until 5 o'clock. Each time. All said and done with the washing of the laundry at the laundromat in the lost wages I could have bought a new washer. An extended warranty is not worth the price you pay. In my opinion, unless you're a cash paying customer. If they have a warranty on your machine and they have to fix it. They will take their time because they're not getting paid as much money and you are not important. I will not recommend Sears repair service. Because I don't think they care about their customers.

Wouldn’t recommend. Rip off for nothing. They charged 200$ to put an existing hose back!
