Refrigerator was not dispensing water
John informed me that the line was frozen and he quickly fixed it with his Steam cleaner. He asked for a towel to wipe the floor and he cleaned up diligently. He left my house neat and was very respectful and polite.

Billy was kind and helpful, very professional. We got this appointment via our home warranty. Our home warranty has given us some trouble and Billy kept online communication with us and gave us some advice. I would highly recommend, and hope if we have to have further work done then Billy is the guy!
