Oven would not heat. Veaceslav came in, diagnosed the problem in minutes and ordered a baking element. Came back a couple days later, took no more than ten minutes to replace the element and test. Veaceslav was polite, knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing.

He did not take too long to servicing the washer. Cleaned out places that I haven't in years. I hope all this keeps it going for at least 10 more years. The tech seemed to know what he was doing.

The technician Mr. V. was wonderful. He did a great job diagnosing the issue and explained the tests he was performing to check out the dishwasher. He even went to his warehouse to get the part we needed so we didn't have to wait another week for our dishwasher to be fixed.

I had a good experience getting the cooktop assessed and receiving the parts and the follow-up and Ken did a great job with repair and was very thorough.

The technician was great. I feel it was way overpriced, $484. The infinite switch cost $50 online. It took 10 minutes to change. This will be the last time I use Sears. I have used them in the past, but NEVER again.
