My technician was fast, efficient, professional, and went above my expectations by noticing and restoring the push dial that I was having to remove to adjust settings. He noticed a vent deflecting piece was missing and showed me how to reattach it. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!! Give him a raise!!!
