This rating is strictly for how TERRIBLE YOUR BOT communications are. As a long standing customer, I was reassured of the technician would call when in route. And even though I had many text communications from "Kendall" the BOT - that did not happen. VERY FRUSTRATING. But not issues with the technician whatsoever. He (Ken) was great. GET IT RIGHT SEARS OR GET RID OF AI. Just HATE the impersonal service you're now providing thru BOTS, whether trying to make an appointment, confirm an appointment or trying to bypass to actually speak to a human. Uugh
