I was not present for the maintenance, but I appreciated the call from Kenneth before his arrival so I could let my gf know when he’d be there, plus it gave me a chance to explain what was going on ahead of time. They also called during the appointment to fill me in on what was happening which I greatly appreciated. And from what I understand, everything went smoothly while he was there. We would certainly recommend Ken for future needs and are grateful for his expertise and communication!

Bill was very helpful and knew what needed to be fixed. It’s his second time out. He recommended this repair the first time but the home warranty company didn’t approve the first time. Great catch Bill! Glad we got it fixed right this time.

Technician was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then made the repair without any issues and made suggestions to care for our dryer and extend it's life. We were very satisfied!
