Technician Ken explained thoroughly what he discovered after examining the machine. Although the machine did not leak when he ran 2 cycles, he explained what may be the cause and what I should do. He was very patient in discussing the details and was familiar with my model machine. I highly recommend him! His service call was covered under my warranty plan.
