I had dryer service completed and the entire process was very easy from scheduling the appointment to knowing when my technician would arrive. He was extremely knowledgeable on my dryer and the issues. He explained the fix very thoroughly.

Kenneth was great! The two repair men before that were questionable. The 1st one didn’t completely look at the dryer or listen when both myself & my renter told him the door latch was broken. He ordered a fuse but then the 2nd repair man found the broken door latch & ordered that. In between #2 & #3, the dryer wouldn't turn on. #2 said because the door switch was broken but that doesn’t make sense. The door switch has been broken for a while, before the fuse went bad, so not sure why the dryer wasn’t working in the meantime. At least it’s finally fixed, 1.5 weeks and 3 appointments later.
