Kenneth was great! The two repair men before that were questionable. The 1st one didn’t completely look at the dryer or listen when both myself & my renter told him the door latch was broken. He ordered a fuse but then the 2nd repair man found the broken door latch & ordered that. In between #2 & #3, the dryer wouldn't turn on. #2 said because the door switch was broken but that doesn’t make sense. The door switch has been broken for a while, before the fuse went bad, so not sure why the dryer wasn’t working in the meantime. At least it’s finally fixed, 1.5 weeks and 3 appointments later.
