Great experience overall! My tech “Ken”was amazing! My dryer kept shutting off before my clothes were dry. Ken politely answered all of my questions and provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Sears appliance support… especially if you can have Ken!

Slava was great. Rather than just pressuring me to buy a new dishwasher he took the time to inform me of all of my options and then try to actually fix it. Turns outs the motor was just jammed and was easy to fix. Way cheaper than a new dishwasher. I really appreciate his courtesy and integrity. I have rental homes and I use Sears home services a lot to keep appliances going rather than blindly replacing them. I would recommend them to anyone.
