Slava was great. Rather than just pressuring me to buy a new dishwasher he took the time to inform me of all of my options and then try to actually fix it. Turns outs the motor was just jammed and was easy to fix. Way cheaper than a new dishwasher. I really appreciate his courtesy and integrity. I have rental homes and I use Sears home services a lot to keep appliances going rather than blindly replacing them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sears continues to be the gold standard in appliance service and repair. Both Ken and Frank (two separate service calls) did an excellent job communicating a time line of when they would be here, provided preventative maintenance and diagnostics as well as some valuable tips on how to best take care of our appliances to give them a long life. 5-stars all around!!!
