We have recently had a horrible experience with sears appliance repair. We recently spent over $800 to fix a control board issue on our refrigerator. Within two days the appliance has stopped working, we have lost all of our food, and can’t even get in touch with a customer service agent to fix the problem. Please make this right!

Terrible service. Technician arrived, turned the burners on and off, and told me to call the gas company. Then spent more time trying to push a home warranty on me then he did diagnosing the issue. I explained we had already had the gas company check the pressure . I called a second appliance repair company, who arrived and diagnosed the issue, and adjusted the regulator lock out in 10 minutes. Charged me less to fix the issue than Sears to do basically nothing.

Technician arrived almost 3 hours late from scheduled appointment window time. Then he proceeded to partially diagnose problem and did not have the parts to fix the diagnosed problem, stating he wouldn't have the parts for 4 days. I paid the diagnosis fee ($129) as I had no choice, then I ordered the parts he mentioned myself and got them the next day. Unfortunately, it was misdiagnosed. Then I found that speaking to a human at this place of business about a refund or dissatisfaction is impossible as they are an AI only company when it comes to customer service. Unbelievable. I would not use this company again and do not recommend anyone else use them either. IF you have time and money to spare, maybe go ahead, but I don't.

Worst repair experience ever. My microwave was showing an error code, the tech just showed up, googled the error code and showed me his phone and was like "your key is shorted." Then tried to sell me into sears warranty. Didnt troubleshoot the unit or fix the issue. Then i tried to call customer service to say i dont believe i should pay for a repair fee, and they are 100% ai bots.

Terrible experience. The technician didn’t even know how to work his volt meter and tried to convince me that half of the outlets in my house didn’t work. He then told me I needed to call an electrician instead of looking at the appliance. I had to take my hairdryer and plug it into the outlets to prove that it my outlets were working. I then had to plug the oven in and turn it on myself to show him that it did in fact have power. He then without checking anything informed me that it was the control panel and that I would need to pay $700 to fix it, on an oven that is only worth $600 to replace. I asked if he could look at the panel and do any diagnostic to make sure that was actually the problem. He said he didn’t do that. I declined the estimate. He the sent me several text messages threatening to send me to collections because I said I wanted to talk to someone in customer service before paying the bill. When I finally got ahold of a live agent in customer service (the number the owner keeps posting on these reviews is not for a live agent) they were not helpful and did not have any answers. Do not use this company!

Did not expect bad service and bad customer care. Called a tech expert to assist with leaking fridge. We had a plumber tell us that the leak might be coming from the leaky valve. We shared this with the expert and that’s what the tech decided to focus on. When I do call an expert to assist me an issue, I do expect thorough inspection since I am paying for the initial evaluation and not just base the evaluation one aspect of information shared. Our fridge is still leaking and we paid over 600+ for something that’s not even fixed. The tech wasn’t pleasant through the initial evaluation service till he knew he was getting paid (we just requested him to share his evaluation results with the company since that’s what home warranty company needs). We paid some portion of this repair via home warranty and tech didn’t seem happy about that either. Overall, would not recommend this place.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I agree with the last reviewer. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Calling this "local" number routes you to an automated system, then an AI scheduler. No humans. When we started nearing the end of our four hour window with no word from anyone, I had to call back repeatedly for "updates" which claimed our technician would arrive an hour after the window. When that time came and went, my final call informed me my appointment was in the past and I needed to reschedule. Two hours after the end of the window, after 7 pm, he showed up and said he had called. I learned that somehow the auto system had a digit in my phone number wrong, although every time I called for an update the system looked up my service call by my phone number. He spent a couple of minutes looking at the washing machine and had his "estimate" on his phone. He asked me to sign for the estimate, acknowledging that I received it when I had never seen it. Then, I tried to pay the service fee and he claimed he could not process my credit card and tried to get me to scan a QR code. When I saw the estimate in my email later, it appeared to be for another home as we don't have a front loader washing machine. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I wish there was an option for zero stars! Waited 3/4 of the day just for them to reschedule for 2 more weeks out!!! If this was not going through my home warranty company I would not be using them. Go anywhere else if you can. Horrible company all automated no customer service. Terrible!
