The dishwasher was not repaired and is not working. Please, provide another technician to complete the job. The water connection was working before the technician action and now it is leaking. Technician said that he is not a plumber and can't fix it. Also technician was not able to unscrew the dishwasher from the cabinet and he said he can't do this and advise to reschedule. He also said that somebody else should do it. Completely unprofessional manner. Please, help.

First of all Frank was a great technician who was very professional and knowledgeable. My only comment is that Sears Home Services isn’t even Sears - it’s a name being used and you CANNOT speak to anyone actually working for your company but a call center overseas. VERY frustrating. But Frank was great and not responsible for SHS crappy customer service policies.

Sears Home Service through Cinch Home Warranty is a total sham. Minimal customer service. 2 missed appointments. Serviceman was a nice guy but only took pictures of the type of unit it was and didn’t take any photos of the actual issue that was wrong with the unit. He told me they would call me back with updates on my unit. It’s been over 90 degrees in Nashville and I’ve been getting jerked around by the customer service team for both companies. How is this company still in business if corporate went bankrupt?

Technician was unprofessional and walked out before finishing the repair and never came back.

Never showed up. Got a call today after 2 months to come replace a part. I had to pay someone to come install the part. Tried to reach the company for a week after they no showed for 5 straight days. Not blaming the technician, but i do place the blame on the schedulers who kept telling me they would show the next day.

IF WE COULD GIVE THIS AGENCY A ZERO STAR "0" WE WOULD. We had an appt scheduled between the hours of 8am - 12noon on June 5th for the technicians to finish replacing a part and the technician NEVER SHOWED UP, CALLED OR MESSAGED US. We tried calling the agency and all we got was voice automation over and over again. Finally, after calling 6 different numbers we spoke with someone at a call center who was of NO HELP AT ALL. After being told we would be contacted by a technician within the hour THAT NEVER HAPPENED EITHER AFTER 2 more hours of waiting to hear from them. We called back again and was on hold for over an hour then they tried to reschedule us for 5 days later. We sat home from work for a whole day for this poor unprofessional nonsense. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR APPLIANCE REPAIR.

The worst service ever they took my $85 Choice home warranty fee, said they would be back the next day to check the AC, technician never showed up for the appointment. Then rescheduled the appointment with a new technician never showed up for the next appointment never called, text, or communicated about being a no show. He rescheduled a early morning appointment the next day between 8-3, showed up at 7:30pm, I was not home then there was not enough time or daylight left to repair the AC UNIT. TOTALLY disgusted I called Choice Home warranty told them of all this and they immediately cancelled our Sears Home Repair and reassigned it to another HVAC company to take over because of Sears being unreliable in completing this job. Also there is no way to communicate with customer service with a live person only by text and they don't respond. I can't believe you want me to share my experience with you,I would give you zero stars if I could.
