Our Technician was amazing. He made sure that the parts were right and even went out of his way to make another trip to get a part that the manufacturer sent broken. He was extremely skilled and proficient at his work and even gave us very useful tips for how we can better care for our range. Mr Veaceslav kept me posted about his arrival time. Once here, he took care of the problem promptly and explained the problem. He did thorough diagnostics to be sure the problem was resolved. I wish I could always ask for him anytime there is a problem with our appliances. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and an excellent repairman. Thank you for sending him.
