I am losing faith in Sears more and more - all the time. Horrible call centers. Appointments that nobody shows up for. Just dismayed because we’ve been Sears customers for over 20+ years. But … today was different Our service tech was fantastic! He called ahead of time. He showed up and actually cared about our problem and stayed determined in getting the problem fixed. And fixed it. He deserves this rating!! Sears does not.

I recently had my HVAC system serviced by Sears, and I could not be more pleased with the experience, especially thanks to Billy. It is rare to find that combination of technical expertise and great communication, and Billy’s professionalism truly gave me peace of mind regarding my home's maintenance.
