Billy was very professional and knew what he was doing and he was the 2nd person that came . The 1st person that came was JEFF and he ordered the wrong part and smelt like alcohol. Maybe that is why he ordered the incorrect part.

I know they are busy with air condition problems, but I wish they would have taken the time to fix my unit. My problem is just as important as anyone else's.

My service provider was excellent, got right to the task, was thorough, and explained everything. My appointment process was frustrating: 3 confirmations of my appointment, rearranged my schedule, then 5 minutes before 8 a.m. that day, my appointment was rescheduled for 4 days later, no explanation or apology.

Technician was very friendly, courteous, and respectful of me and my property, but after waiting for almost 2 weeks to have my refrigerator repaired, the new parts were installed yesterday but it still does not cool properly. I have a return visit scheduled for tomorrow. Please pray for me and keep your fingers crossed. There seems to be a shortage of qualified technicians and the technicians that are on staff can't provide to customer service needed to always ensure that a repair has worked because of the amount of calls that they have to sometimes fulfill. One technician that I encountered told me that he had 9 service calls to fulfill in one day. Hopefully after allowing it to run for 24 hours I can say that my refrigerator has finally been repaired after it has been inoperable for a little over a month. It is extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone of authority with Sears. I have to restock the new refrigerator that I had to purchase because I had to discard a groceries because of the breakdown and could no longer deal with the living condition ad inconvenience. After years of paying the monthly costs, Sears should find a better way to make care of my needs as well as the needs of all of its customers.
