Frank knew what he was doing, came in and got the repair quickly. He was friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. Didn't solve my problem, though.

Sears repaired my 6 year-old LG top-load washing machine, which was covered under my home warranty. Was without my washing machine 3 weeks.
