Technician was very friendly, courteous, and respectful of me and my property, but after waiting for almost 2 weeks to have my refrigerator repaired, the new parts were installed yesterday but it still does not cool properly. I have a return visit scheduled for tomorrow. Please pray for me and keep your fingers crossed. There seems to be a shortage of qualified technicians and the technicians that are on staff can't provide to customer service needed to always ensure that a repair has worked because of the amount of calls that they have to sometimes fulfill. One technician that I encountered told me that he had 9 service calls to fulfill in one day. Hopefully after allowing it to run for 24 hours I can say that my refrigerator has finally been repaired after it has been inoperable for a little over a month. It is extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone of authority with Sears. I have to restock the new refrigerator that I had to purchase because I had to discard a groceries because of the breakdown and could no longer deal with the living condition ad inconvenience. After years of paying the monthly costs, Sears should find a better way to make care of my needs as well as the needs of all of its customers.

Tech left without fixing issue. This has happened before. He says a smaller person has to go under the house & now i have to wait for another appointment. He just left without saying anything. Why did he come out here, & waste my time. Not acceptable at all.

Sears home Appliance Repair came out to look at our dishwasher where the top rack was broken. The repair man found various things that were broken or not working effectively. He then gave us a repair estimate of over $1600 for a dishwasher that We paid $600 for. Little tiny plastic pieces to hold the rack together were $50-$100 each. It isn’t the repair person‘s fault but this is the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had with any Appliance Repair in 40 years of owning a home.

Josh was great! Your AI generated interaction is terrible! Your unilateral rescheduling of appointments is ridiculous. I’m the customer and I’m tired of companies like yours continuing to shift work and delegate work to me. Now I’ll answer questions below with this in mind, my time is worth something and spending an inordinate amount of time on phone trying to get help costs!

Worst experience with any service ever. Asked us to prepay for labor and parts, parts arrived, but scheduled repair twice and technician never showed up. Couldn’t even get in contact with a real person to talk to. Still can’t find anyone to contact for this issue, scheduled several appointments and still no tech to fix our fridge. Will never ever work with sears again. ADDITION: AS PREVIOUSLY STATED BE PREPARED TO NEVER BE ABLE TO REACH AN ACTUAL LIVE PERSON. THE PHONE NUMBER THEY PROVIDED IN THEIR RESPONSE IS ALWAYS AI AND CAN NEVER CONNECT TO AN ACTUAL LIVE PERSON TO TALK TO TO RESOLVE ISSUE. 4 APPOINTMENTS LATER AND STILL NO ONE HAS SHOWN UP TO FIX OUR FRIDGE. WE HAVE BEEN 2 months with NO FRIDGE AND AT THIS POINT WE ARE JUST TO GOING TO FILE A CHARGE BACK WITH OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY SINCE THEY CHARGE BEFORE THEY EVEN SERVICE! NO WONDER THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!

We have recently had a horrible experience with sears appliance repair. We recently spent over $800 to fix a control board issue on our refrigerator. Within two days the appliance has stopped working, we have lost all of our food, and can’t even get in touch with a customer service agent to fix the problem. Please make this right!

Terrible service. Technician arrived, turned the burners on and off, and told me to call the gas company. Then spent more time trying to push a home warranty on me then he did diagnosing the issue. I explained we had already had the gas company check the pressure . I called a second appliance repair company, who arrived and diagnosed the issue, and adjusted the regulator lock out in 10 minutes. Charged me less to fix the issue than Sears to do basically nothing.

Technician arrived almost 3 hours late from scheduled appointment window time. Then he proceeded to partially diagnose problem and did not have the parts to fix the diagnosed problem, stating he wouldn't have the parts for 4 days. I paid the diagnosis fee ($129) as I had no choice, then I ordered the parts he mentioned myself and got them the next day. Unfortunately, it was misdiagnosed. Then I found that speaking to a human at this place of business about a refund or dissatisfaction is impossible as they are an AI only company when it comes to customer service. Unbelievable. I would not use this company again and do not recommend anyone else use them either. IF you have time and money to spare, maybe go ahead, but I don't.

Worst repair experience ever. My microwave was showing an error code, the tech just showed up, googled the error code and showed me his phone and was like "your key is shorted." Then tried to sell me into sears warranty. Didnt troubleshoot the unit or fix the issue. Then i tried to call customer service to say i dont believe i should pay for a repair fee, and they are 100% ai bots.
