Sears came twice to my house to fix the ice maker .. $700 + dollars later it still wasn’t fixed . Then Sears tells me I need a new fridge . I would like to talk to someone other than a machine .

I am HIGHLY pissed off. I just had to paid $151 service fee to cancel a repair because your technician attempted to charge me $1200 dollars for a dryer repair!! My dryer and washer together are not worrh $1200.. I feel ripped off and I will never use this service again.

Sears sent someone without the expertise to work on our kind of furnace/heat pump, despite having been given the manufacturer, the model number and the serial number. Thus, the visit was a complete waste of time. Very frustrating.

I will never again use Sears appliance repair. It was unreasonably expensive and they insisted on coming 2 hours before the time that they had told us earlier that day was the appointment time, which was extremely inconvenient , causing my wife to miss her appointment to get her flu shot because I could not be at home at that time.
