We set in our living room with our cell phone in hand waiting for him all day. Saw the notification that he “ has arrived” but no van anywhere. He never knocked on the door but supposedly called which there is no phone log of him calling. Literally worst service ever and couldn’t get anyone on the phone

I scheduled a service call to replace the felt seal on my dryer. I was asked to give my model number so parts could be ordered before the call. The technician arrived, looked at the model number, said it was obsolete and that the part was unavailable, $129 please. After he left i looked up the part on Sears Parts Direct. It was avaliable! This was a complete ripoff! DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS.

UPDATE: To add insult to injury, they invite me to call the number below to discuss that is their automated “you’ll never get a human” - that helps!!! This technician, Mike C is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. He came for our clothes dryer early spring and this week on our dishwasher. He is rude, curt, and blames all problems on the customer. He shows up and then spends a lot of time in his service vehicle on the phone. Never fixes the problem. Even other Sears technicians know about how he avoids work at all costs. I’ll never let Sears Service in my home again.

I am so disappointed. It has now been 10 days 20th and finally a new tech showed up. They has no information from previous tech(that was to return). He then left and sent an email stating "refused service". Then I received a new appointment date of 26th, all stated 10th.

They missed appointments three times, june 6, june 15, and june 20. Of course, the service window is 8am to 5pm. You have to stay at home for missing services
