The technician was here to replace the door on my refrigerator. He left and I tried to dispense water and it didn’t work. I tried multiple times calling him and it went straight to voicemail. I called Sears and they had no way to know who the technician was to have him come back. They did say they spoke with dispatch and he should be coming back. I have not received any notification that he will be as of yet.

The technician said there was no policy on my unit. When I told him it was a mistake and we should call AHS together, he refused and then said he was not able to pull the dishwasher out from the cabinet to install the part that was ordered by the prior technician. He was very rude and hostile and hung up on me. I don't think he knew what he was doing and was just looking for an excuse to leave the property.

The range top worked perfectly before service began. The range was not returned to service. We tried two left hand elements and the they started to warm. The stove top indicator light when there is a hot top was not working and I suspect it was not reconnected. We put a teakettle on the back right element but after a minute there was a large spark under the stove top. Please return and complete the repair or replace the range if you can not return it to safe operation.
