Very pleasant went to work on my dryer found out what was wrong with it ordered the parts were replacement. When part came in, he came back and fixed it without hesitation. Great job!

On time, knowledgeable, and polite. Repaired my dryer in an hour and 30 mins. Cost was to much for not needing any replacement parts however, but I blame sears not the technicians.
