The tech, Kylen, was extremely professional and very personable. He checked our A/C inside and out, found our problem and repaired it. The whole time he was explaining what he was looking for and what he did to repair the problem. He is a great asset to Sears. Thank you

Michael was fast, efficient, a good communicator, and fixed my refrigerator immediately. He was polite and personable and made me feel comfortable having him in my home (which unfortunately is not always the case when service people come into a private home). Highly recommend.

Kylen very nice and thorough. Sears logistics and timing needs major improvement. Arrival time was 9am, tech arrived after 6pm, with no system communication. Customer service needs a timepiece!
