Mike did an amazing job… He was very professional and installed the new parts quickly. I’m so happy my dryer works now! I totally will recommend sears home warranty to anyone needing appliance coverage. I have had my dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator all serviced under this warranty, and I have never been disappointed. Each time aimee came they had to order parts and I was made aware when the parts were ordered and I could track their delivery. I was always informed by text Messages when the technician would arrive. I really like their system.
