Three different techs assigned so far. For the 2nd, they didn't make the notes available from the 1st technician, so I had to explain the problem and what part had already been replaced. With the 1st tech, I received an AM notification of a detailed arrival time within the 9-hour window originally given. With the 2nd and 3rd techs, I did not receive this notification, so I was in the dark as far as a time of day to expect their arrival, until they were on the way.

Nice guy but he came in, shook the basket for a few mins and watched it spin and then quoted me a $660 dollar repair. Then said he had to get back to his house when I was paying.

Sears used to be the gold standard of excellence. What I saw today was not that. The technician came out and said Sears doesn't allow us to do this or that. He didn't describe the problem accurately and didn't really look at the machine itself to figure out what was going on. The repair itself was going to cost more than the machine. I've been sick and haven't been able to keep up my house as usual and the comments that were made about my house was not appropriate. If Sears wants to pay for a house cleaner I would be perfectly happy to accept it, but until then keep your thoughts to yourself. Would not recommend Sears in the future. Sears has slipped when it comes to any type of service. We ended up fixing it ourselves after he left.

This company should be ashamed of the prices they are charging customers. Totally ridiculous. They misdiagnosed mine and I was on the hook for $129 diagnostic fee. Then quoted $800 to fix.

Made an appointment for washer dryer repair about two weeks before first available appointment. Was sent multiple email and text reminders about the appointment. It was for between 8 am and 5pm. Got a text about 1130am, day of appointment, saying the appointment was canceled and I would have to reschedule. No reason given at all. Was texted by a bot and every number I called was a bot, was never able to talk to a real person. When trying to reschedule a new appointment, with the bot, it kept saying that there are no appointments available for the foreseeable future???? Called a local place and talked to a real person and they are coming in a few days. Do NOT recommend

The technician was great. He knew what to go look for and everything but sears service is terrible. I made an appointment a couple of months ago waited all day long for no one to show up to my house. I had to make another appointment and this time the technician did show up. He was very knowledgeable. Thank you sir for even coming to my house. Sears you need to do better!!!!!
