Extremely pathetic service they don’t know what the hell they’re doing they schedule you. They tell you the same day that they’ll be there then they send you a message in an hour before oh we can’t come. We don’t have enough. People happened. Multiple times truly is a joke they shouldn’t even be allowed to run a business.

Terrible experience. The first time nobody showed up. The second time the technician told me that the repair job was successfully completed. After he left, I checked the work and it was far from being fine. You have to wait until water ceases to drop almost 1 minute after it was shut off. I called back and all they said were empty words, such as they were sorry, etc. Now we have to wait 5 more days for them to come back and check it. I don't recommend this company!

Michael was fine and the fridge seems ok at the moment but to do expect it to last. Look at the history and how many appts you canceled on me before he finally came....9..you canceled on me 9 times and I have yet to talk to a live person at all so I finally just canceled the card that was paying for the warranty in hopes that that would get a me real phone call and still nothing.

DO NOT USE SEARS HOME REPAIR. We had issues with our dishwashers and contacted our home warranty company who sent Sears out to us. They came to our home within a few days (yay!) diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and scheduled a day to come do the actual repairs. They have no showed then rescheduled that appointment 7 different times. You cannot reach ANYONE by phone, text, or email AT ALL. Our home warranty company says that since we already had the parts delivered to us then Sears has to complete the repairs. It has been a month of this. If they are not reliable enough to show up to 7 appointments they themselves have scheduled, then how can they be reliable to actually do quality repairs???

You guys charged me close to $600 back on November 20, 2025, for diagnostics and parts. Now here we are on January 6, 2026, and no one has come to fix my washing machine, and I’m out that $600. The second technician that came by, which was around November 27, was meant to fix our washing machine. He was here for less than 10 minutes before he said the wrong part was ordered and that he would have to reorder the correct part. Come to find out later on, he literally ordered the exact same part that the first technician had ordered. I bet the old fart just didn’t want to do the job and wanted to head home to pig out on Thanksgiving leftovers. Anyways, you guys kept rescheduling and rescheduling my service appointment after that, with no courtesy calls to let me know if the technician was coming or not. The last scheduled service appointment was for 12/21/2025, and guess what? No one ever showed up. I called your useless customer service number multiple times to get a complete refund and kept being told I would not get the diagnostic fee back and that I would have to pay to ship the parts back. This is very upsetting to me because, first of all, how do I know the original diagnostic was even correct, or that the right parts were ordered to begin with? Especially with the fact that the second technician that showed up literally reordered a part that we already had and had paid for. Your customer service has been hard to deal with, always refusing to connect my call to a manager and not acknowledging the fact that you took my money for a service you have yet to provide. They always say that their service techs are overbooked and that they’ll try to send a message to get someone out right away, but nothing ever gets resolved and no technician ever shows up. Anytime you try to get ahold of your customer service, you just get your AI. You have to call different numbers before you can actually get connected to a real person, and even then, they’re useless. Now when I try to call to get customer service on the line or to find out if my service status is still pending, your automated system says it doesn’t recognize my number. When I go on your website through the link I was given, it says my service order was completed when it clearly hasn’t been. I just want a full refund, and I will gladly ship the parts back as long as you don’t try to make me pay to ship them back, because that’s unfair to me. I believe the first technician that did show up, the one that did the diagnostic testing and ordered the parts, was a woman named Michelle. The second technician was named Michael. The third technician that kept being scheduled to come do the service on our washing machine, who didn’t show up for multiple appointments and didn’t even have the courtesy to call us, was Mark A. I have multiple screenshots showing that it was the same individual not showing up and canceling our service appointments. And to top it off, you guys lied to my bank when I tried to do a chargeback and said I was the one canceling the appointments when it was you guys who weren’t showing up. I hope people read this review before thinking of doing business with your company. The only way you will ever make this right by me is by giving me back a complete refund, including the diagnostic fee and not forcing me to pay a shipping fee because once again, you thieves charged me for a service that has not been done and I am not even sure if you diagnosed my washing machine correctly to begin with. No amount of asking me to email you will do anything or help resolve my issue because clearly your customer service representatives have not resolved my issues or want to resolve my issues.

Update 12/11. We had another technician out today who did not do the repairs that were recommended by the person we sent videos to who we had to talk with before they would send another technician out. Our washer is still not fixed. And this has been going on since November 2. Not impressed. If you have a choice do not use sears home services. Sears Home Services is a nightmare to deal with. They have no human employees you can speak to regarding issues. They rescheduled our appointment twice with only an email to say your appointment has been rescheduled to a date they selected and we were not given a choice. When trying to find out why the appointment was rescheduled there is no human to speak to only an AI bot who tells you they have access to everything and can help you with what ever you need except speaking to a human. All in all a very frustrating experience.

Michael R. Was the only one scheduled to come out. After Michael go here he told me of someone coming I told him no one okayed that with me. The young man was not in uniform and I didn’t invite him in. I looked around and he was already inside, in the kitchen. The part that came in the mail (first tech ordered). This tech and this person decided the ordered part wasn’t going to work. So he decided to go pick up another one. (Why did I have to wait the first time?). They left, and were gone for about 30 minutes or so. When he returned, the young man was not with him. He had the part put in in less than 15 minutes.

The repairman, Michael was good. Quick to the point, however, the repair cost was astronomical. The suspension is going out on my washer, so repairs were the next logical step. But their price of suspension rods is truly something to behold. There are four rods. Their cost: $250 PER ROD!!! A quick Amazon search found a set of of four for $37.99. $37.99!!! DUMBFOUNDING! Do yourself a favor and call someone else. Paid $140 for a 10 minute service visit. To add to the misery, Sears is now an "AI" company only. So if you need to speak to a real person, well you're out of luck. No wonder Sears is bankrupt. Good ridence.
