The technician did not seem well trained. She did not check with me first so I could describe the problem, as promised by you. She was here a long time and didn't fix the dryer. She gave me a ridiculous price to make what she said was needed. I just went out and bought a new one.

I have requested the Sears repair to the icemaker. After 4 (!) visits by the Sears team and replacement of th eicemaker and control sensor, the icemaker is still not working. Tried to cancel the request and get reimbursement, and was informed that I still have to pay (!) for the parts - even if fridge doesn't work. Preparing for visit 5.....

Horrible, canceled us 5 times in 3 months. I had to call Escalation dept twice, finally came out and repaired part of it, had to wait another week to finish repair. Never came back to check if it was working after I called them to please have someone come back to make sure and that it was at the right temperature, was canceled again.. Oh well, I will buy a thermometer to check for ourselves. Maybe if I didn’t have a warranty they would have been out the 1st month. Will be cancelling. Customer Service was always pleasant but it was all the cancellations every two weeks.

Repairman Mike called rather than email and was rude on phone, even though I told him I was on phone with client! Told me he was on way to home and email from Sears said arrival time should be 11:44 a.m. but he did not arrive till 12:30. When he did arrive, was rude to my wife! My wife and I agree we would never let him do work for us again. If we ever use Sears again and they send Mine, we will cancel service call. Would not recommend him to anyone.

The technician that came to our house today didn’t have any equipment. $434 of labor was billed but my tenant had to help the technician complete the service and provide supplies.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!! They bidded on an order via my home warranty company but wouldn’t come out to service our HVAC issue for 2 WHOLE WEEKS, DESPITE THEM KNOWING WE HAD KIDS IN THE HOME AND THE FACT THAT TENNESSEE HAS BEEN HAVING SOME OF THE HOTTEST DAYS EVERRRRR!!! Yet they still made me wait….THEN….THEY WAITED UNTIL THE VERY LAST HOUR OF THE SCHEDULED DAY TO CANCEL ON ME AND WOULDN’T RESCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER 2 WEEKS!!!! RIDICULOUSNESS!!!!! THEY ARE A JOKE!!!!! Then, you cannot get through to a human if your life depended on it, as you are only met with their stupid automated system and their useless AI bots!!!! If it were up to me, I wouldn’t give this company ANY STARS!!!! THEY DESERVE TO HAVE NEGATIVE stars!!!! I wouldn’t recommend these people to a freaking dog!!!!!!! They don’t even deserve to have ANY BUSINESS!!!!!! They stopped a more reputable and willing company from taking the bid to do the work and then as undependable and unreliable as they are, they ended up canceling, only allowing my family to suffer!!!! So NO, I wouldn’t recommend, suggest, advise anyone or anyTHING to do business with this incompetent company!!!!!
