He was such an amazing and professional man and if I ever need to have any of my other appliances serviced again I hope he’s the one to come to my house again. It was a pleasure to meet and welcome him into my house. He told me what he thought could be the problem and at my request gave me the worst case scenario of how much it could cost to repair. Then he opened up the machine to find the most simplest of problems and my dishwasher was fixed in record time and for far less than any of the two scenarios he originally suspected! Bottom line is he is truly a major asset to the Sears brand and if I was an owner of an appliance repair company I would most definitely try to recruit this man for my company!
