The technician, Rhylen, was terrific. He was very professional and provided me with a detailed explanation as to what was malfunctioning with my refrigerator. He discussed options in terms of the repair and also provided helpful information regarding the purchase of a new refrigerator if I decided to choose that route.

Very professional and courteous. Explained the problem very well and clear. Returned once the parts were approved and available for the installation. Again very professional and courteous. Got the job done and verified the repairs! We must thank JANICE from your call center or whatever you call it. Janice went over and above ⬆️ in follow up during the whole process from start to finish. Even called to see if the scheduling was going well. I had to call her personally once Sears left and thank her! She’s a Keeper!! Thank You 😊
