On time and efficient, but didn’t explain labor cost before beginning work. Got signatures quickly without explaining cost. I was very surprised and frustrated by the high cost of labor (almost $400) to fix a broken wire in less than an hour.

Problem persists and has been ongoing since July 2023. 2 different technicians have shown up on 2 separate occasions and one appointment was a complete no show. The first technician misdiagnosed the problem and had to send back ordered parts and reorder new ones. Appointment scheduled right after was a no show. Another appointment set and this time a different technician arrives and informed me that the first technician didn't order enough parts. A month later he returns, does some work, and not only is the problem not fixed, it's actually worse. The interior temperature readings in the freezer have been as high as 77°. This claim has been mishandled from the very beginning and it seems like the only way that it will be resolved is through legal action. The technician that was sent the last time was a nice enough guy, but the refrigerator that we paid $2600 for by the time we paid for the product, service contract, delivery and setup costs is still not working properly. UPDATE: a third technician by the name of Mike came by on 11/13/2023. Mike was able to diagnose the problem and help us reach a resolution. I thank Mike for his diligence in completing the job. My rating remains the same based on how this was handled before he arrived.
