Service was poor. 5 trips to house and washing machine was not repaired Incorrect parts were ordered Service was cancellled twice on the scheduled day Spent 7 days at home with an 8 to 5 arrival window with no communication updates during the day. Would not recommend

Useless is what they are the guy lied on his report there is no floor damage in the bathroom the floor is new was done in the summer I need the guys phone number because he screwed me over

My tech was rude and pretty much just walked out on me after telling me theres nothing wrong with my dishwasher even though I showed him the dishes that clearly are not cleaning. I think he was frustrated having to work within a home warranty claim. Not helpful and wasted a $100 service fee. If you don't like working with warranty companies - then don't.

8/14 update: I tried to call the number provided on the response...of course it is a main menu number, not someone who would actually help in this matter. This tech single handedly voided my home warranty with his lies and lack of knowledge! If I could change one star to zero I would!! What is reported back to the warranty company should in fact be what you discuss with the customer! When offered a copy of a recent PM on the unit...it should be noted and added to report!!

No customer service. Arrived at my house was told where the freezer was and then left. Trying to charge me 131.00 even though I have a 5 year warranty from Frigidaire. No number to call office or supervisor no nothing. Is this even a real company
