The technician was awesome. The 14 cancelled appointments prior to today is absolutely unacceptable. I spoke 3 different times to the support staff, they lied to me saying that they guaranteed a technician would arrive on the scheduled date. No one arrived! The call center in India is worthless, and were zero help with everything. The AI scheduling is causing a lot of issues with your business. You need human operators assisting customers. I would rate the technician a 5, everyone else is a zero.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When we initially made the appointment to have an element replaced in our stove, they asked for the model number and serial number so that they could arrive with the part and just come one time. When the technician arrived, he did not have the part. He simply said, you need a new element. He ordered the part and said a technician would be back in 2 weeks to install. He gave us a date and a time window. He had the part delivered to our home. It arrived the next day. When the installation date arrived, and after my husband had already taken time off work, we received a notification that the technician would not be coming because the part hadn’t arrived (even though we had it for 2 weeks). I called to let them know we had the part and to please come install it for us. They said a technician was no longer available and it would be another 2 weeks. The call attendant was very hard to understand and said there was no one at the call center that she could transfer me to for additional help. Her customer service was extremely poor, and did not even apologize that we had set aside this day to meet the technician and now the technician was no longer coming, due to a fluke in their system that doesn’t notify them when a part has been delivered to the client. Finally, two additional weeks later and more time off work, a technician came and installed the part that we have had for 4 weeks in about 15 minutes. I will never use Sears again due to the horrible customer service I received through the call center, and misinformation in the text messages, 9 hour service windows, and no call when the technician is on his way, only an email.

My husband and I lost 4 days of work waiting on these people only to be told at the last minute they had to reschedule…THREE TIMES! Their window is a hard 8-5 meaning, if you work outside the home, you can’t. You have to stay home to wait for them. First time I was rescheduled, they informed me at 4:30 pm that no one was coming and they had to reschedule for a week! When someone finally came to fix the dishwasher that was broken for almost three months, the person they sent was a disgruntled employee who actually said he would never recommend this warranty to his family/friends and doesn’t try to sell it to his customers because you’ll spend way more money and frustration in the end. Save your money, time and energy and don’t waste it on this “service”.

Dont trust them. I waited 3 weeks for service and the day they where suppost to come out they canceled on me at noon. I WILL NEVER ALLOW THESE TURDS TO SCREW ME AGAIN. DONT USE DONT USE...

Poorest appliance service that took 6 appointments over a 3 month period to fix a washer. You can never speak to a person. It is all computer generated and it will ALWAYS leave you in frustration.

Beware of Sears Home Warranty Repair Services in Knoxville. If I could have given a lower rating, I would have given a zero. I paid $49.99 monthly for the "peace of mind" and received nothing in return. I requested a washer repair and a tech was in my home on 9/11, 9/13, 9/20, 9/24, 10/1, 10/7 and scheduled again on 10/18. All were scheduled between 8-5 and arrived well outside the time window. 5 different repair persons, each one seemed to have no clue what the one before had said or done. The last guy identified himself as a "lead technician" and yet when I practically begged for a sooner return appointment (and stated this has been going on for almost a month now, if this next attempt to fix my washer is unsuccessful I will be contacting the BBB) he rudely stomped out telling me "Well, I'll just close out the ticket and call it done." I have never been so disrespected in my own home. He won't have to close the ticket, I have canceled my Sears Home Warranty Contract and my follow-up appointment and have already purchased a new washer. What a waste of time and money. 16 months I paid for something that never gave me any benefit. I wasted almost enough money to have paid for my new washer. So very disappointing. The photos were taken after the repair service attempt #1. The machine smelled of burnt rubber, leaving a white residue inside the drum. Before the "fix," we could at least use the washer. (There was a small tear in the boot or door seal that we feared would worsen) After the "fix," it is unusable. Yes, I did email and call in an attempt to resolve these issues. I received no response or reply.
