STEER CLEAR! We tried to use this repair service for a GE gas oven. Terrible customer service. They ordered a part, it arrived, but their system had a glitch that caused them to keep rescheduling our appointment and no-showed for several appointments as well, even after we communicated that the part had in fact arrived. We finally installed the part ourselves and it still didn’t fix the issue. Tried to get another appointment and they wanted to charge for another service fee. The appointments are for “8 am to 5 pm,” so you wait around not knowing what time or if they’ll actually come. You can’t talk to the actual service man. It’s an 800 number that routes you around and around a phone tree. The few times I actually got a person, they had a thick accent and didn’t communicate with the service man. TERRIBLE!!!

Service tech was no show for 3 appointments. Learn tech closed out Service. The first time when appliance warranty company called said tech would be here Monday but company also scheduled for Friday. Apparently a&e neglected to put us on schedule for either. So I am out my money from missing work for original date would have been out money for the other days too had I actually thought they would show up. But then when we talked with customer representatives with a&e they acted like it was no big deal that I was out my money for not being able to work waiting for their tech not to show up. Offering to make yet a 4th appointment what not show up again no thank you.
