My washer needed the electronic control panel replaced. SHS does not offer any live customer support (100% AI only) and because I had no desire to pay an additional $75 to sign up for their appliance warranty, I do not have access to a detailed receipt. Only a total for the repair which included parts and labor. Both the service technician and repair Technician were great.

Jhe came in and of course dishwasher worked fine..he watched the video i had recorded of dishwasher messing up..he worked and tried several things until he figured out problem ..thevn he came to me and explained problem tp me .he told me what he did to fix problem ...
