Knowledgeable about our double oven when other technicians had no experience and admitted they didn't have the training to service our appliance. He was my contact person in setting up the repair work. The Sears AI scheduling was a joke. Our date and times of service were changed numerous times and one time, we were scheduled for Thursday, August 14 with that Thursday actually being on August 13. Also, the hours of possible repair were totally inflexible. The first scheduled visit was to be between 7 am and 6 pm. No one showed up that day at all and we did not receive any notice during the day that our service would not happen. And good luck trying to talk to a human being about any questions you might have........

The service tech identified the problem and fixed it quickly. However I was very unhappy with the price for defrosting the drain hole in the freezer. $405 is really steep for that repair.

Technician was pleasant, efficient, and explained what he thought was going on. There was only a minor issue, which was good. I will add that the notification system needs to be better, initially scheduled 8a-5p, second notification on the morning of service was 8a-10a with predicted time 9:40a, last notification around 10 said technician was on the way but the tracking link said 1135a. Technician arrived around 1010 am. This could cause issues for many...

On July 20, 2026 I was in need for a plumber for the dishwasher. I spoke with a rep from Sears. At around 4:9m, I received a call from the Sears representative asking if he could possibly come over since he wasn't far from my house. Of course he could. He, I am sorry I do not remember his name, was very nice and polite. He started on my dishwasher, and after giving it the twice over, explained to me what the dishwasher was doing and there was no problem to be fixed. Apparently, I was not aware of this function in the dishwasher. I Learned information about the dishwasher that will benefit me in the future. I wish I could remember is name because I highly recommend him for his knowledge and efforts.
