Bobby the repairman was great. The problem has been getting 2 or 3 notices of the time of him getting here. The day was wasted. Firstvone said between 8-5 pm. Then shortly got one said arrive 1-3pm. Then make arrangements to be here at that time frame and then about that time, get another sayin he’s on his way and arrival time would be 5pm!!! Whole afternoon wasted! And kept getting emails and text offering different times to schedule but link never worked!

Bobby the repair guy was great! The amount Sears Appliance Repair charges for labor is absolutely ridiculous. $50 part with a total due of $515. It took 15 minutes total to repair. Will not use them again.

John was very efficient and showed me a picture of the part that my dryer needed but failed to give me an estimate of the total price of part plus labor! I was shown that at the end of the repair! So I didn't have the option to decline the repair. For a few dollars more, I could have bought a new dryer on Black Friday sale price. But otherwise, I was very satisfied with my service.

They were on time; took the ENTIRE dryer apart before deciding it was control board. They should have been able to learn that without disassembling unit. They were nice and professional in their behavior.

Sears didn't even show up on the 1st day they was scheduled to return after the part was ordered didn't even call us. We had paid someone to sit at our home all day and didn't even show. Then I called and rescheduled they finally came and now my dryer vent to change the lint is broken. Ridiculous and extremely dissatisfied with their customers service. The day they did show up they wasnt even aware of what the original problem us.
